I'm kinda Zen about it all.
Does it really matter, we'll always be able to field a full team and roster of substitutes?
We're a yo-yo team & our first on-field priority when we're in the top flight is to avoid relegation and when we're in the Championship to get promoted. Financial stability is the key as we don't have sugar caddies bailing us out like ICT or Ross County or live in a financial fairyland like the Dundee clubs where losses just seem to disappear. Even an issue like the sale of KP doesn't matter that much, we'll only spend it on a replacement that will probably be not quite as good certainly not in the short term (this season) and there doesn't seem to be long term plans for clubs our size any more. Even the current focus on a club philosophy from youth to first team is as much about being priced out of the SR market of L1/L2 pros our last manager loved so much. So my view is pretty much summed up by that great football strategist Doris Day.
