Well, Gillespie comes across as straight talking and honest and I'm not sure we could be in better hands.  A great watch and I rewound it on 3 or 4 occasions to take in what he was saying.  As for "sweating the assets" I'd be disappointed if our club weren't trying to maximise their income, which has seen us grow from an approx £4m turnover to over £6m This is key to our growth ON the field in the last three seasons.  Thanks again mate, I rarely bother with video interviews as they can be almost rehearsed and lack any real depth, not this one.
