I think SR was trying a 4-3-2-1. It obviously didn't work and allowed Motherwell the freedom of the wings without stopping their midfield. They had so much space which, while they are a good side, made them look like world beaters. When we got the ball, everything seemed laboured and our players needed two or three touches before passing on. No movement off the ball and no real pressing. His substitutions were, in my opinion, wrong. I agree the shelf life of our manager is getting close to the end. If he doesn't turn this around in the next couple of games the club will NEED to take action.
Personally. I hope he does as he deserves a better legacy after all he has done.
