London to Sydney in 4 hours none stop. Great to see a British company at the for front of passenger travel. saintnextlifetime Posted February 23, 2017 Report Share Posted February 23, 2017 In the 6ts , the British and the French decided supersonic flight with the Concorde was the way forward, whilst the Americans , having failed with their SST , went for capacity with the 747. In the end , capacity proved to be more viable and Concorde always ran at a loss. .often being described as a white elephant . .
