  1. Squeeken the dog!?? Gotta love alba commentary!!
  2. Can anyone, and I mean anyone, fans, players, coaching staff or murray, tell me exactly WTF our game plan is here!!? Surely 5 days a week training dosnt amount to passing around the back 4 then long ball!!?
  3. Slightly off topic but anyone in the south stand would have heard me going off my nut at gow whilst naisy was on the ground. Jason was writhing in agony, we were getting played off the park, and gow was standing over the ball having a laugh with dumbartons Gibson. Probably the pinnacle of a rather infuriating day!
  4. How many times is murray going to look at his shoes for inspiration!!?? Ffs we are outplayed by a team that trains 2 nights a week, joke! Ridgers is nervous, our players don't want the ball, where's the lets get into them!!? Get Goodwin on!!!
  5. Pink boots??? Get everyone's political correctness to fcuk, ..... you are a target and he's playing shite!!
  6. What the fcuk are we trying to pull, turned away from the west to accommodate 100 Dumbarton fans, this is a joke!
  7. How the f**k can we have the same budget as Qos and raith if we have been in the prem for 10 years, won a cup, got a parachute payment, had our debt cleared and have an average gate twice that of them!!?? It beggars belief!!!! Oh and sold £400k worth of talent!!!!!
  8. Probably shite but what a name!!
  9. Fwiw our first game is against a team in the bottom tier, our 1st 11 is going to be made up primarily by players playing in the prem last season, so getting players in for that is no priority. Best to take time and find the correct players for the whole season and not a 1st round in a diddy cup
  10. The SPFL has a tv deal with China to show 55 matches at £500,000 a season. Their national treasure is the panda, our mascot is the Paisley panda, surely our marketing department can tap into that and get some yen sent our way!!
  11. Thank you shull, you have just exemplified the 8 year old in you, and probably lost all credibility in your opinions. Here's hoping!!!!
  12. Think when your making a statement/point and explanation mark is the correct ending, but ok...............
  13. Shull, I'm st mirren through and through, no ifs no buts no maybes. I have no interest in rangers in a supporter capacity, but your complete insistence on highlighting newco, oldco, sevco, newcunto, is borderline embarrassing. Rangers went bust, that's a fact, but the 'new' Rangers, is still Rangers, same fans, same stadium, same trophies won. You can get into the politics of what names registered at companies house all you want, but it won't change anything. It is posters like you who stop people like me from writing anything on this forum because of narrow minded juvenile responses! This forum is for St mirren fans, voicing St mirren related opinions, Rangers, celtic, and the rest have no business on here, you have a lot of free time on your hands, given you've posted 100 times a day since the website was launched, try channeling that time into decent, coherent, somewhat relevant statements!!!
  14. Very favourable 1st 7 games, 1st game against rangers is a 50/50 new manager, new squad etc, but if murray gets a decent 11 together, there's nothing to suggest games 2-7 aren't wins! 18pts outta 21 I'll take that! ✅
  15. Been sitting in the cupboard since I got it
  16. Throw Darren Barr at CB, Nigel left wing, and clarkson upfront!
  17. Would have liked to see teale get the gig, but murray is a great appointment. Saved Dumbarton from almost certain relegation in half a season, just missed playoffs last year, and kept them up this year in arguably the toughest championship league there's ever been. Let's not forget his last club trained twice a week at night, match day saturday, and players average wage are £250-£300 a week!! If he can get a team competing in those circumstances, imagine the possibilities with a higher budget, full time training, better facilities! He said he wants to develop the youths to building their careers and making a name for themselves, he equally at 34 will be looking at our club as a stepping stone to positions down south, ie alex Neil, and if he can mirror his achievements, I'm sure we'll all be delighted! Good luck Ian, bring on next season!
