Fortunately BR, those people seem to be in the extreme minority and I think the majority of them are simply letting their disappointment get the better of them.

If we want to really get our priorities right, given some of the names in the frame (I’m thinking Neilson and Hopkin here) we could find ourselves going from the best looking, coolest most articulate manager in Scotland, to the ugliest, scruffiest, most incoherent khunt in Scottish football. Out of curiosity, what length of contract is Clarke on at Killie? Although he’s highly unlikely to leave either way, I’d love to see us at least being bold enough to go in for him. A wee bit of baws. If he’s on any sort of lengthy contract though, obviously that’s not going to happen.

For me this is par for the course. 52 years old and today I feel exactly the same as I did when Peter Weir left for Aberdeen and when Macca left for the Hammers. Just Ike those great players, despite my disappointment I wish JR no ill will. For me he gave us the most exciting 18 months I can remember for a very long time. The only thing that sticks in my craw, is that looking at the Sunderland forum , the stupid bassturts don't even realise what a gem they've got.
