  1. I wonder if premier sports will let the clubs broadcast the non televised matches. Assuming it's still behind closed doors - which I assume is more or less a given.
  2. To quote every star wars character from every film stating multiple times..."I've got a bad feeling about this"[emoji3525]
  3. That's it all over. Shame as better in second half
  4. Keeper is playing a blinder - we could be three or four down by now
  5. Got the game on the TV with saints commentary which sounds like it's being patched in from a phone box. Rangers have received £0 from me today[emoji846]
  6. I'll be watching the game - will try every option before coughing up for Rangers TV - but if I have to, I will. Fans generally want to see their team play as often as possible - so watching the game is a no-brainer for me. Hopefully a good game and a shock result - although with Dallas in charge and the new Tory leader running the line, I have the fear.
  7. While I'll be happy with that from a selfish point of view, I'm surprised that the club would take that deal - they would surely make much more from rangers ppv purchases for our home games than they will make from our ppv purchases. Anyway - if it is included then I'll be tuning in for the great upset [emoji846]
  8. I was wondering the same thing. The live window for the rangers game has a countdown to kick off which suggests there may be an agreement in place and we might have access through St Mirren TV. Certainly would prefer that to PPV from their site. I'll wait with fingers crossed
  9. I had logged in and changed my password on the Friday (as instructed) - but when I went to log in my password failed but my original one worked (!). Maybe they had to restore a backup or rollback that database tables that held the user passwords. After that scare - everything else was fine. The commentary was inaudible for the first half but that was definitely on the platform providers side - but otherwise pretty good. I'm glad that we can pay for the Rangers game through the Saints platform and not go to Rangers TV - it means I can kid myself on that we are not giving them any money 🙂
  10. Great win - new defence looked solid. Junior should have buried his chance for 2-0 and sent us top of the league. Fancy us to sneak something at Ibrox
  11. I think there is meant to be build up programming so we should be getting something well before 3pm. The trailer did say the broadcast started at 1pm. It would have been nice if the club could have given us an indication as to when the actual programme starts - as there are quite a lot of us panic merchants out there [emoji846]
  12. Live transmission is currently a white screen for me. Anyone else getting anything better?
  13. I think I have an older MacBook Pro than you - mine has a dedicated HDMI port but none of those new fancy usb 3.0 ones [emoji846] Looks like a good solution - can't wait for the game now.
  14. You should be able to use an HDMI cable direct from MacBook to tv - tv will then mirror what's on the MacBook - Audio will also play through tv. Thats what i do and it works fine.
  15. Yep - the difference is due to accessibility to games being covered by Sky Sky insisted that Virtual Season Tickets were capped at last years Season ticket totals so that the only people who could watch the club channel for a game being broadcast on Sky would (roughly) be the same as those who would likely have attended the match in person - and therefore seen the game without watching on Sky anyway PPV purchases will not be allowed for non VST holders when the game is being broadcast on Sky Otherwise - as Gosport says - the only limits are technical (and I doubt there would be any)
  16. Yep saw it announced on the BBC website a few mins ago - more details to follow apparently
  17. I reckon it will be either a straight forward GTF to Hearts et al - or a small amount of compensation. I don't believe there is any chance that any reasonable panel would go any further.
  18. I'm going for 5 points - Home win against Livi and draws against Celtic and Rangers. I'm hoping that the lack of atmosphere and baying crowd noise will play into our hands
  19. Was that not the campaign that came down to the last game against Italy at Hampden? A win put us through, a draw left us alive waiting on France to hopefully drop points in Ukraine later on. (We would have needed France to lose - they ended up drawing - but who knows if the pressure of having to avoid defeat had we drawn might have had an impact) Outrageously bad refereeing decisions cost us at least a draw - I think that's a key reason for the failure to qualify.
  20. I know that this a money making move by the club so for those that want to do it - fair doos - but its a bit too much for me. Was happy to write off 2019/20 refund and gamble on 2020/21 season ticket(s) - but £20 for a cutout that no one will see is money for nothing. Looking forward to the fixtures tomorrow.
  21. https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/entertainment-arts-53110391 He was great as old Bilbo but even better as Frodo in the BBC 4 Radio production of the Lord Of Rings - a staple listen of mine for years. Will be sadly missed
  22. Yep - loads of English football coming up. If you count the Championship, and a couple of days of Play-offs, there are English games every day until the 10th July - with the last batch of Premier League tv fixtures yet to be announced! 🙂
  23. Scottish Weekly Covid death figures just out https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/live/uk-scotland-52944935 70 for last week - down by 19. Progress continues - hopefully not long until we hit 0 😞
