As a STH in W1, I only sit there when we are denied access to the away end of the west stand, which I prefer since I would be closer to the h/w line. Most of the best seats are in W3 where I would like to sit sometimes but it is not possible due to nearly all the fans there being STH. I sat there once only to be told that's my seat by someone who appeared 10 mins into the game. It doesn't bother me but it does mean lots of other fans, who are paying the same money as the fans in W3 are being denied the chance of watching a game from there. This is not a pop at W3 STH, just feel that most of them have been there since the ground was opened it is not fair that others cant get a chance to view a game from the best seats in the house.

You forgot to say those prices are only for the west and east stand. North and south are £28 for adult and £12 for concessions.

Tony can keep saying 70K and a 2000 seater stand all he likes but he is talking pish and he knows it. South stand hold 1633 and the extra cash to the club from this stand only will be around 30K. The 70K he keeps quoting is the total from all the 3 stands that their fans will be in. Seem to me he is deliberately trying to confuse the fans.

1600 × £25 = 40K. Minus vat of 8K and extra stewards cost, we will make around 30K from giving them the extra stand.

Is what the club doing legal ? Surely when the fan pay his money up front and the club give him/her a card with a seat number, row number and a specific stand would not mean they have entered into a contract and the club would not be allowed to resell that seat again ?
