Imrie to be fair didn't get a run in his favoured position but if that meant him or Teale on the right wing then its a no brainer. Teale is on a different level to Imrie who is anything but consistent and has a bad attitude. Imrie has to be the main man in whatever team he's at, and it looks like he'll be that at Morton playing at a level that suits his style ie one good game then disappear for the next 6 or 7.

I would be inclined to agree with you after what hapoened the last time we were in for Beattie.But in terms of the squad and what's best for the club then Danny has to get another expeienced striker on board and give us more options, my main concern with Beattie is his perma crock status as he could be another Dargo.

A couple of poor goals to lose defensively, Vanzy caught in two minds dithering when he should have just launched it. The 2 goal from the unwashed was also comedy cuts, but its a decent spectacle for a pre season game. McGinns pass and wee Gowser's finsish were both top drawer. We don't look as if we've played less games than Morton so that's testemant to our fitness levels, and we look as though we xan step up another gear if required.
