A fan is always going to have a biased view though reading between the lines there will be truth in there. One thing is for sure it was not a rosy garden for that club. You must agree these guys are not a charity there here to make money. 1/ They live in a country that would make then unaccountable if things go pear shape. 2/ These two things are enough for me to fear the worst. Our strategy should always be to look at the worst case scenario given the above two points we should give a polite thank you but no thank you.

I get what your saying. My preferred bid was the English one though I don't know the finer detail. The Argentine bid put fear into me , rightly or wrongly I can't get out of my head why people who live more than a 15 hour flight to London away would want to purchase St Mirren unless they could see a way of making "good" money. Remember they are not going to be watching many home games never mind away games unless of course it comes out the club for traveling expenses. Profits would be filtered through to Argentina. What would be put back into the club by a bunch of guy's who have connection to the club apart from ownership from a far off distant land. When Div wrote the deal was on I was truly worried. However I would be gob smacked if the board went for this deal it does not take a lot of thinking to add the word "fishy" to this proposed deal.

The Koran is not an evil book telling Muslims to go out and slaughter infidels as extremists call us. Now we are told there sleeper cells who will do atrocities and large scale killing. It's time politicians dropped the political richness and start taking action against extremists. If you are known to have been in any hot spot , write extremists views online to the extent you sound dangerous then you should be put into purpose built internment camps maybe on a remote Scottish island as was done with the Italians in the second world war. Extremists need extreme measures to stop innocent life being lost. Should not be forgotten that many Muslims are peaceful and are against extremists to their religion.

Thing is when the Argies take over who is running the club at St Mirren Park. The Argies will be in there homeland thousands of miles away. Wonder if Stuart and a few others are staying on to help run the club. Lets put it another way you need someone local

Anyone taken over our club is a risk and will make some nervous. All I know about the Argies is they live thousands of miles away from the club. One of these Argies has questionable dealings with a South American club. Two have just sold shares in a club that got relegated. They plan to bring over South American players to sell on. What do you think to put any money from sale back into the club or line their own pockets. I know the answer to that I will let you decide for yourself

According to press reports today the Argies offered more money. My tend to lean to a UK consortium rather than one from Argentina though you are never sure.

There is every chance to still save the season of course its not going to be easy but it never is with St Mirren. We wont know how this team is going to look until the new owners step in and tell us the plan for survival. Until then nothing will happen.

There are a lot of similarities between Scotland and St Mirren Neil .

The last ship I worked on was sailing from Europe to America which is a three week sail. After one week a stewardess went missing after one week into the voyage. The ships security system was kicked in with search parties checking everywhere. The stewardess could not be found the only conclusion was she jumped into the sea to commit suicide. Arriving in America two weeks later the Police and FBI came on-board with no one aloud to leave the ship until an investigation was complete. A sniffer dog was taken to the stewardess cabin where the dog (spaniel) was given some of her cloths to smell. The dog went down three flights of stairs and led the dog handler out to the deck onto where the life boat sits. The dog went underneath the life boat and barked indicating this is where the stewardess put herself into the sea. She was small so plenty room to get under the life boat into the sea. The rest of the ship has high railings so it's not easy to fall into the sea. The lifeboat would be the ideal place. It's very sad as I know this girl very well. She was a very emotional person and very deep , so sad. However I could not get away with the dog finding her last moment on the ship after two weeks in which the deck would get wet. Incredible

To be honest I don't take much notice of any church these day's. Thought the POP was German , what happened to him ?

You might see it as light hearted to me it comes across of being a bigot. Why bring religion into it in the first place , such things have no place at a club like ours
