where has all the cup final money gone ? ,lets not forget we have always been told that the budget for the season only includes one round of the cup plus second bottom finish ,so we should have enough cash for a few good players notwithstanding the reduction in numbers which throw up even more cash the other factor to throw in the mix is an increase in income for second place this year from the new distribution calculations money should be no problem , or is it ? ie are the directors,having failed to find a buyer ,taking some money out??

we need the youth set up to produce a forward like Watt,they ve had years to do it,if our lot are not good enough at 16/17 whatever don t let loyalty ( ie they have been there for 8/9 years) , identify where there are better and get them in then we need quality control to produce what we need,we have the facilities, just like Scotland have introduced , its no use having a huge cost for youth development if they cannot produce what we need

as stated before the club will not sell shares to SMISA, and are using the Fans Council ( membership 20 people ) to raise money to increase their assests

we need access to the 8,000 email address s that the club have as part of the cup final ticket sales , we then ask if they would be willing to part with £400 to have a share in the fans buyout of the 52%, only then can we gauge if its possible the uptake would have to be at least 35% to get it started ,then we could look at the possibility of local business people puting money in the pot. can somebody take this on ,its just one email to go out and somebody to collate then we proceed or shut up on this subject and wait for the consortium to sell to whoever they feel are fit and proper

the club have repeatedley turned down SMISA offer to buy shares but agreed to take a loan from them for the dome. ie take SMISA money to increase the assets and therefore the value of their shares but refuse to sell shares a win win situation for them The supporters council is also raising money for the club to increase the value of the clubs assets ,nothing in their agenda about shares so both organisations with a combined membership of less than 200 should be discounted meantime Supporters Direct will help but it needs a new "leader" to take this on

then maybe we have to speculate to accumulate , as the saying goes , and if the club are short of money , which they should not as the budget last never included the cup run,then they should take up SMISA offer to buy non issued shares

its these 2-3000 "followers" we need to convince to get down and spend their money, diehards are the back bone , but for us to suceed we need more bums on seats,I know at least 6 people waiting to see if we get more players in , the kids don t convince them that our season will not be another relegation battle
