Herbie
Bloc Party - Intimacy (Saw them at the Academy last night...superb) Agreed. I was there too and Kele and the boys were fantastic again. The drummer never ceases to amaze me, he's absolutely brilliant. We had seats in the balcony (1st time I've ever been up there) and I'm trying to make my mind up as to whether it was a good thing or not. Had a great view, and a bar and lavvy with no queues, right next to us. I also had a ripping hangover from the night before so was good to have a seat for the support bands (that Tommy Sparkes were shit IMO). BUT....towards the end of the gig with a few beers in me and the crowd really going for it, I would have killed to be nearer the front. Pros and cons I guess...... eta, my top 5 at the moment are..... 1. Bloc Party - Silent Alarm Remixed 2. Pixies - Doolittle 3. Cruyff in the Bedroom - Saudargia 4. M83 - Saturday = Youth 5. Mary Chain - Psychocandy Edited January 27, 2009 by Herbie

Howard Hughes in BlueSuedeShoes
You know what guys? I just had what alcoholics refer to as "a moment of clarity". Fúck listening to stuff that I like; how about listening to stuff that I don't like but other people do just so that I can be like them. Wow! Then I'll be cool.
