Playing decent football ISN'T meaningless when you've plenty of games still to play.  I'd be more concerned, and it's not great right now, if we were playing shite and had lost the number of games we have.  Most people have agreed that, the Kilmarnock game apart, we've been unlucky to lose most games, not forgetting the Hearts game where we were robbed. Quite why you're using "a return to Europe" as some sort of measurement when it was a couple of seasons ago we actually were in Europe is baffling.  Totally omitting our League Cup Final run is also surprising.   

Not the worst performance, but probably the worst result of the season so far.

Kilmarnock lost five in a row since beating us. Dundee had lost four in a row before playing us. We are the gift that keeps giving. We have been unlucky in a couple I f matches but never look like scoring. We are the lowest scoring team in the League.  That is why we are almost bottom.  On a petty note, when we kick off can we only have Phillips play it back to the goalkeeper for him to launch it aimlessly upfield?  Surely can come up with something else?
