I tried the ticket office, even sending previous proof of ticket purchase emails to show I'm a genuine Saints fan but they won't budge.  

If you contacted the club and told them your story I would like to think they may be sympathetic to you 

I'm in the same boat, been watching Saints since 1990, over 60 home and away (and 3rd!) strips, quoted in "Marching On" and have countless other pieces of memorabilia but haven't been on the new ticketing platform since Covid season (Live in South West Wales).  This is really harsh on legacy fans.
