It's more down to recruitment than how the team are managed.  How much of that was down to Robbo and how much it was down to others I don't know, I just feel that Robbo's statement about "no more project signings" was very telling.  It would imply he either felt responsible for some of the failure-to-launch signings or he was very frustrated about some of them
