    • I agree with the comments about how poor a performance it was today. Every player seemed to have an off day today which was worrying. Mrs. Taylor, sorry I mean Faraway Saint, has been calling for Fraser Taylor to get into the starting line-up all season after a wonderful loan spell last season at Arbroath. I always like to see young players come through the academy and graduate to the first team but it's not working out for Fraser Taylor with us for whatever reason. I actually feel sorry for him as he looks a bit lost out there and a team in our position in the league where we could possibly lose our top league status is not the ideal scenario for developing him.  Stephen Robinson knows more than all of us on here and in the stands and he hasn't regularly used Fraser Taylor, that tells a story in itself. I can't help but feel Fraser Taylor might end up like Jay Henderson, doing well in the Championship after leaving us. Anyway, let's hope Stephen Robinson does indeed have a plan b or c.
    • The togetherness & team spirit that we have seen for most of the last 24 months has evaporated.  I have missed a few games recently, however this was the 2nd recent-ish game where i saw Phillips & Taylor start in midfield.  It's not a partnership, Phillips seems more than just reluctant to play Taylor in, he seems not to trust him and it is worrying.  Phillips has hardly been the player he could be in recent weeks and maybe the semi v Motherwell was the last time he was his usual self.  His injury looked a sore one and i was disappointed to see the Falkirk 28 come up blind on him and barge his shoulder twice after he had treatment on it. I thought Taylor had a very shaky first half and was better in the 2nd, I was pleased to see Robinson call him over with others to the touchline and give instructions during one of the treatment breaks and after that he seemed more integrated.  fewer mis-placed passes and mis-timed attempts to get on the ball after that.  He still needs to improve and definitely looked more comfortable with Campbell alongside him.  It was all too late by that time, though. Donnelly?  I don't want to pillory a guy who has been a very solid professional  so will refrain from further comment Djikstiel looked OK when he came on but Mandron had some sort of issue trying to breathe in the cold by 75 minutes, so no output from very slightly improved service in the 2nd half.  I think i read (or heard?)  a similar observation about him being in discomfort like that in a game last season?  Maybe I am wrong but he looked more uncomfortable than I have ever seen him on the pitch. Big Dan has displayed both his great attributes & limitations over the last few weeks. Biggest miss was Gogic as the previously reliable King & Freckleton seemed to miss his presence & support.   I felt John was not much of his usual self. & Richardson's form has deserted him for now.  Overall, our morale is shot
    • Funny how the guy we were signing got injured yesterday in training putting the signing in doubt.
