Those awfully nice people at NTHell have very thoughtfully set up a spam filter. Unfortunately, the default setting is, if THEY decide it's spam, they delete it. This has been introduced without telling anyone about it. I have already had a couple of emails (that I know of) that NTHell decided were spam disappear down the bitbucket. You can change the setting, instructions are rather cleverly hidden on the ntlworld.com homepage. I won't spoil your fun by telling you how to find them.
