Not sure of he'll end up better then Cooke, but I seem to recall us playing him out wide in some games rather than just through the middle too had the ball up.

We offered Longbridge a contract ? And one he wouldn't agree too ? Something is very wrong somewhere.

See Stewart got another couple of goals for County last night. Not sure how much they paid for him but looks like it was a good deal. For them, and maybe not such a good one for us.

Agree, but I don't see both Dundee teams finishing as the top two in the Championship. It's a really tough league and I expect at least one other side to be classed as a surprise package.

Sad to see Championship sides seemingly better placed to sign strikers than us.

On paper yes. Same as yesterday, where I over optimistically expected us to overrun Pars and win 5-1. Oops... City will really up for this especially after Pars performance so JG really needs to get our players to up their game if we want to avoid further embarrassment and more negative headlines.

Was not at the game and didn't watch in BT either, but sounds like Erhahon got a roasting at LB. However, I do not understand why he gets such a hard time on here for poor performances at LB when he is clearly being played out of position. That is the managers fault, and hopefully one mistake he does not repeat.

Still expect us to be too strong for the Pars. They have money concerns themselves and are looking to rely on youth... 5-1 Saints with doubles for Mullen and Cooke either side of Andreu's debut strike.

I'm confident he will prove to be a good signing.

Do not discount Cooke. And Mullen will score more this season too.I'm not saying we don't need to sign strikers, but I do believe the ones we have will do better this year.

Horses for courses. I think he was played out of position by McInnes and believe JG would get his confidence back and return him back to the successful striker he was originally.

For me, Lyness was signed as a replacement in case we received an offer we couldn't refuse for Hladky. I hope he stays. I hope he wants to stay, but if he does go then at least lets get a decent fee for him. (Enough to bring Popescu back and some)
