  1. A Clitoris, if you will... or maybe his Labia Lips will manage to say something humble? Doubt it, cos if you roll back the Beef Curtains, you'll see he's still a bit of a Pie. His attempts at defending the other Fud Alex Rae have all been blown down the proverbial Fallopian Tubes! Both halves are shown as lonks on previous pages of this thread and are still available mate.
  2. Badges? BADGES?... we don't need no steenkin BADGES!!!!
  3. Thats what we need at the ground! Minus the Coronation St stuff of course..
  4. So, Killie and Hamilton are partly to blame for low pay from Sky. Bollocks Play to the UEFA calendar? We do.... how's that doing? Our Clubs who qualify are still close-season when the UEFA competitions start... how's that doing? I heard Fir Park was now a Hybrid Pitch... I couldn't see any wear, even in the Goalmouth at Motherwell. Their - usually shambles of a - pitch was in Prime condition. Looking at our goalmouth's, I don't think it's a Hybrid You're 6 Million years away... Dinosaur :)... Anyway... it's only my opinion that it could save the Club Hundred's of thousands over a few seasons. Imagine if you will... Association Football has always been played on good 4G Astroturf pitches... what would sell Grass Pitches as a replacement? You would be sent away with a flea in your ear... think on that...
  5. I would vote for it.... IF the Club let ALL Kids in Free... NO bureaucracy
  6. Sounds Great! Just the job, stop clapping at 'Everlasting Love' and repeat... Sorry Antrin, from experience, it's far too much to learn and remember for your average Football Fan. Has to be short and just repeated as below: From the very start Open up your heart Feel that you're a part of everlasting love I'd be all for that if all goes well with the trials. It could be put to the vote in the summer and stored in the West Stand. Saves the drummer lugging one about when at home... The Feegie Drum? The SMiSA Drum? The Love Drum?
  7. Yes, lots do, but it is organised, controlled and ticketed, therefore limiting and takes commitment and time. A kid off the street can't just turn up and get in for nowt. No. What I am advocating is free entry to all kids, no matter how many, whether unaccompanied or not. Advertise that all over Paisley and we'll eventually get many, many new fans to near fill the ground. I believe you'll also get more parents going with their kids (just to keep an eye on some of them). It will pay off in the long term. It's how I started! Why is Harry Potter wearing an absolutely Ginormous Top Hat? TBH it's not great quality, but from a distance would probably look fine. Vandalism? That's why I think anything put up should be High up. God knows we have enough Grey Cladding for that! In saying that, the Fans Bricks seem to be unvandalised, unless someone knows different? Paintings/Murals will be a Commission and can be very expensive. Prints or photos are cheaper and perhaps have more longevity, depending on the materials. SMiSA could fund it... on a vote of course! I don't mind what the members vote for, that's Democracy, but I think the place needs brightened up and facilities for the fans improved
  8. From the very start Open up your heart Feel that you're a part of everlasting love this love will last forever this love will last.forever and repeat A tweak is needed to get a chant that flows and can be sung over and over. The above seems to fit in almost perfectly with the music. However, there won't be any music (just clapping) when we sing it, so it's maybe a bit too complex just to get the "this love will last forever" bit in, which is a different tune and key (maybe we could stop clapping at this bit?). Personally I think the first four lines looped are all that are needed, is catchy, and is far more likely to be sung. If the banner is shown, folk will get the link I'm sure
  9. Yeah... we never get anyone injured on our super duper grass. We might get less if we stop watering the pitch just before the teams came out! The players go out. Have a kickabout to get used to the surface and then on come the sprinklers. First 15mins of the game is littered with players slipping. Yes, two of our Premiership teams play on Astroturf (not the latest kind either). Sky pay us buttons because we have inept people who lead our game and League, nothing to do with Astroturf. Some of the games I have enjoyed most have been at Killie's ground. That's not far off Summer football mate, What is your definition of Summer Football? Sky would pay a fortune if we had a proper Summer Football League IMO
  10. Anyone spot the spelling mistake?
  11. Would save the Club a fortune and actually make money.. Oh!,,, either that or Summer football (ducking as some on here seem to really take offence to any suggestion of that... Dinosaurs... and we know what happened to them.... the CAULD!
  12. There are plenty of seats the Club can give away to various underpriviledged groups without the SMISA funds having to pay for them. I think Sponsorship of a League or Cup is the way to go, not just one youth team. The HOF Boards can have stickers put over the JD stuff... if we can't get companies to pay for that then even SMISA stickers over them would be relatively cheap. So, a No No No from me. On another note, I would like to see the Club and SMISA promoted better outside the Stadium. A couple of those massive cardboard cut-out type action shots of Saints players stuck on the grey cladding either side of the Main Stand (and the others later) would be crackin and could incorporate the SMISA logo (or not) I'd like to see ALL Children being let into the ground for free, accommpanied or not. Wee gangs of Kids roaming about the Stadium will eventually lead to paying at the gate when they are no longer kids. It's how a lot of us got the Bug! And a suggestion already sent to SMISA board: TVs with a Live feed of the game. Benefits could be threefold: - fans can go during the game without missing the action, thus easing the half-time queues. - commercial adverts during half-time can bring in dosh which can be used to maintain and/or, improve the service. Even a feed from the Main Board would be good for announcements Birthday etc. as the Main board is hard to read from anywhere bar halfway down the Main Stand. - Past games can be screened before the match, enhancing the match day service
  13. Yes, the atmosphere V Ayr was great, but could be even greater! Hate to say I told you so, but the above was proved true on Saturday. I sit in W3 and we could barely hear W7, let alone what they were playing. Fans around me were commenting as such and said they could hear the away fans clearer. The sound in the West does not travel well along the stand, it goes straight out. Disappointing also to hear some jobsworth at the club is literally dictating to the Club and fans nonsensical rules which are isolating/alienating/demonising the singing section from the main support via a 'no man's land'!!! Gies a breck FFS Even the away support were laughing at that. We may lose a great asset with such treatment and small-mindedness. We need the drums and singing section to keep the atmosphere going and allow other fans to join them whenever they feel like it during a game. IMO YOU'RE TAKING THE FUN OUT OF IT FOR THOSE THAT PARTICIPATE.
  14. How much is Pennies, and surely it's only till 2021?
  15. Talk about feckin overkill.... Reading that you would think it was a Weapon of Mass Destruction... What the statement also fails to mention is that it was the away supporters who caused the problems! Sound does not travel well in the West Bank. I fear the drum and 'singing section' being consigned to W7 will minimise the community singing, but we'll see. (Drum) roll on Saturday! COYS
  16. No need to swear. You were right next to them. I was right in the middle behind the goals on Saturday, and it was noticeable that the farther away from the singing section fans were, the less they sang. That's not to say there was no singing, but at the opposite end of the stand, it was usually to join in when the sound hit from the middle joining in, or they started their own song, even though there was a song already coming from the Singing section. That tells me that the farther away the singing is it makes it less likely that fans will join in, some may not even hear them (this happened at Greenhill when we had a very small singing section stuck right up at section 7). IMO the way to get the whole stand singing... in unison... is for the singing section to be as close to the middle of the support as possible. As for the bit highlighted above, I don't expect people to stay away from a selected area. First come first served - as it used to be before allocated seating. When people get to know where the singing section congregate, the non-singers and drum haters will steer well clear. After all, everyone knew where the North Bank singers were. Some chose to go there, some didn't. No difference.
  17. Take a tie with you John... just in case. Or wear it in and take it off as the gallionth Baileys slips down the gullet. I agree though, Ties are so old-fashioed, they were only there to keep the collar closed and to use as a bib during the 1700s
  18. There is a whole Wardrobe of Men's Steampunk Fashion also... Top Hats with Goggles, brass pistols and ... Ray Guns! Plenty of Good Steampunk Music out there. Here's one that's supposed to be part of a Steampunk Opera: The Steampunk Conventions videos are worth a look. I find it all Bizzarlly fantastic, and there is no age barrier
  19. Great tune and, oh! and eye candy. Some beautiful women here...
  20. I agree with what you say about a 'special group' buddiecat. However from what I've seen and heard in the last few months, perhaps a special case can be made for unallocated seating for the whole West Bank for the remainder of the season to allow the singers to congregate nearer the middle of the stand, where they are in closer contact with the main support and not stuck out on the fringes of the stand? When they were there before they were too isolated and the rest of the stand noticeably did not join in with ANY of the songs. P.S/ We need the drums too keep the atmosphere going IMO
