I see someone has edited it a bit since yesterday. Looked like Tony wrote it himself after a few cans.

It's a stick on to be this game v Hibs in 1998/99. http://www.stmirrenprogrammes.co.uk/StMirren/STM_Match_Details.php?Season=1998&GameID=199901090 TV footage from 98/99 (e.g. 1-5 v Morton ) shows exactly the same layout of advertising round the pitch, which is different from other seasons. We were barely getting over 2000 for a lot of games that season, so the busy stand points to the Hibs game where there were over 6000, as does the hint of white on the grass (9th January type weather).

Enclosure seats went in during 1988. Other than identifying somebody in the picture, the biggest visual clue to the year is the fact that it's taken from the Caley Stand, which makes it at least 1994.

I think Eckersley is the new Franco Miranda, who got better and better with each passing week that he wasn't able to play.

It was Brian Irvine saying 4-0 or 4-1 on the TV. He sounds as vacant as he looks. A real heavyweight intellect. I might be interested in his betting tips, going forward, though.

It looks like their pricing is intended to cover Primary School-Secondary School-full time student/retired. WTF have 65-75 year olds done to upset them? My memory of that game was watching Saints fans climbing over the wall to get into the stadium. Then, realising that the police were standing there waiting for them, climbing straight back out of the stadium again.
