  1. ?? Not sure if I'm being wooshed but he's never played for us before
  2. iIRC he was always a busy, box to box type player. Probably exactly what we need (if true)
  3. Yep would love to see Morgan given a good run in the team, when he's came off the bench this season a big critiscism I have of him is he gets to the bye line and puts in a cross but his head in constantly down, doesn't look up before playing a pass/cross. This would improve with experience and confidence
  4. Peroni must be the most over rated lager out. pints of or bottles are just both so bland
  5. He also states that Billy was offered the chance to come in and train, which would have been essential as he's unknown to the current management team and has been playing at a questionable level for the last few years. FWIW I would have taken a punt on Mehmet but I can't blame Rae for wanting to see him in training. Plus maybe a striker will become a priority once we sort out our shambles of a midfield
  6. I would be surprised if an agent agreed to a 'gentlemans agreement'. What reason is there not to have it in the contract? (Im assuming it wasnt based on SGs comments at the time)
  7. Yep He had an absolute meltdown, last 5 mins were superb....
  8. It's a parody account btw not the actual Chris Martin of Derby
  9. Nope to point 1 He played over 50 league games in the two seasons they finished second. Point 2, he played 20 games the season where McCall left and Barraclough took over. My two well supporting mates thought he deserved another years contract but seemingly fell out with Barraclough.
  10. This. Carswell was no where near the worst player yesterday, yes he's too negative on the ball at times but like someone alluded to, he needs to play in the middle of a 3. Another thing I would say was that Carswell never hid yesterday, was still flying into tackles and getting on the ball, compare that to a pretender like Agnew. The 2 in the middle yesterday were completely over run. Carswell is just the whipping boy at the moment. Agnew, Kelly, Webster, Baird and Langfied are all far bigger problems than Carswell IMO.
  11. Absolutely disagree, Kelly has been consistently pish for about the past 2 years, and we consistently concede goals from our left side He is an absolute shambles of a player
  12. Absolute pretenders I genuinely don't care anymore, Mallan excluded not one player in this squad will play at a higher level than we are at now. Abysmal
  13. Langfield, Kelly, Webster and Agnew were all unbelievably bad, if there's a worse left back than Sean Kelly I've yet to see them, I fee sorry for Jack Baird, needs a long break from first team, he has absolutely zero football in him at all. Can't believe I was excited about Andy Webster signing, joke of a player and Scot Agnew is a throwback to players like Andy Dow, Paul Lawson and Mark Crilly, absolute ghost I said it before, Steve Mallan would excel in a decent team,
  14. 1/10 on trolling scale 10/10 on attention seeking scale Well done
  15. McCulloch got absolutely embarrassed in one of his only appearances for Killie this year. He will know he is finished. If he's coming in it surely cannot be anything other than as assistant........ Also Rae has already been quoted as saying the squad is too imbalanced in terms of age of players, would make zero sense to bring in a guy 37 years old
  16. This. He is drastically out of form, and has been poor but he doesn't need to be hung out to dry. There's a good defender in there with Baird, he just need to improve his ability on the ball
  17. Didn't take you long to change your tune, one win against the team adrift at the bottom and things are a lot rosier
  18. I think the Gilmour don't believe the papers comment was more about Barry Ferguson being appointed.
  19. Have you considered that the 'experienced' candidates were either of poor quality, out the game too long or just non existent? If someone like Calderwood fancied the job he would have whored himself over the press the last few days Rae is a bit underwhelming, but to be honest, my expectation wasn't too high to begin with
  20. On a separate note, I had to drive to inverkeithing today, surprisingly pain free, took a bit more time as expected but wasn't the carnage I was expecting.
  21. I'll back him, like any new manager he gets a clean slate. I think he has won a watch, taking over now where I honestly don't think we could be any worse. Squad is better than how Murray used them IMO
