Midly amusing tht I am being accused of trolling and yet all the abuse and deflection is coming from people who appear to be uncomfortable with the very basic point I have made. Some fans knew that the bid was in serious financial trouble and yet still carried on with the public meeting and subsequent campiagn to get fans to sign up...even encouraging them to text everyone they knew and get their grannies to sign up. I knew the finances were frankly dangerous at that point and declined to support the setting of false expectations of my fellow fans. Other fans knew it too but carried on....why they would that beggars belief.
10000 hrs were on the radio tonight slabbering a lot of shite about the bid being left on the table. Is anyone actually taking that pish seriously. However, the absolute corker was the revelation from REA that the BoD / selling consortium would never sell to anyone that didn't have the club best interests at heart - that's you ya fik cnut.
If the selling consortium were never going to sell to Massone or a Craign Whyte type then what wall all the pish slabbered at the last public meeting about?
The threads might be closed; however 10000 hrs should rip up the bid altogether and stop making a bawz of themselves and our club. Kill it stone dead and let the fans move on. If the bawbags that proactively misled fans don't want to own up to it and apologise so be it. However, they are fooling no one with all the nonsense about trolling. Your fellow fans aren't as stoopit as you would like to think.

As others have stated this is a fantastic gesture by the wee man. I am a colleague of Mark and he made a similar gesture to me by giving me his league championship jersey from that season, which he also went out of his way to get players to sign it. I also suggested to him that it should be put to auction on B and W Army to boost the charity sum but he insisted that I had it. He speaks very fondly of his time with St Mirren and is a great story teller of his time as a player. He would be great at after dinner speeches or to be in and around the corporate hospitality on match days. As Div has said above he really does have an amazing approach to life.

Looks like green is heading for real trouble with the EBT statement about other SPL clubs. Apparently bhigot fc have already been investigated and cleared for the wee Brazilians EBT.
All the noise he's making raises doubts about how long Green intends to stay at the newco in my humble opinion. I though they were getting their act together...got my doubts again.

I never thought they were getting their act together. He has to fight the stripped titles if he comes right out and says they're not ours any way then the cats out the bag he might no longer be able to call his team rangers use the left over jumpers etc.. If he fights too hard or continues on the line that only the holding company went bust, then he could become liable for compensation for league prize money, European qualification, compensation to relegated teams, compensation to European teams knocked out by illegally registered teams. And this is all before BDO are even in place and decide that maybe the assets are worth a little more than £ 5 million.

I think one thing Is for sure. When the 1000d/ds get shreaded in the next few days there will never be a time when they get resurrected by any future bid from anyone. With this In mind I think 10000hrs should remove the bid now and not leave it forever floating around In fresh air. Whether for good or bad today spells the end for SMFC ever having a chance of fan ownership.

Makes me giggle.....you know what's boring, the repeated periods of silence from 10000 hrs....they built the fans hopes up falsely not once but three times and when they made a c"nt of it were nowhere to be seen.....no surprise it has happened again...they're still begging for donations on their web site. The lot should be deleted and the fans allowed to move on...regroup to make a statement my arse. Instead all we've seen is one post and some "likes". Poz, its over Bud....we've heard all this pish ad nauseum. It was blah, blah......the existing BoD were already planning to fit out the void prior to the arrival of 10000 hrs on the scene. We would have had it fitted out by now.

B&WArmy is a force for the good of St Mirren and its supporters. We've seen some great times even when the football was shit and the club was on its last legs. And yet here we all are squabbling and bickering during the most successful period we've had in many of our lifetimes. A few egos got out of control as they whored themselves in the court of would be King Richard. They will take a wee while to realise their errors and will probably never openly admit to some of the naughtiness they have been guilty of. Personal ambition being placed before respect for your fellow supporters was an error of judgement. Ralston upgringings and old grammarian bumbrainedness was clearly at play in this sorry saga. Then we had the attacks on the selling consortium from the usual suspects using 10000 hrs as a vehicles for their score settling.
I would be quite happy if the 10000 hrs Boards were deleted for good. They are a sully on our otherwise excellent supporters resource.

Looks like the 10000 hrs online marketing team have been very busy trying to dave face today by attacking the people that actually saved the club from disaster.
Quite bizarre that SMiSA are getting attacked. 10000 hrs as usual trying to retain as much control as possible for themselves made a a huge mistake. SMiSA offered to hold fans direct debit investment in trust when all this started. If 10000 hrs had taken up their offer they would have had significant capital to offer as part of their bid. They declined the offer. I'm sure the online marketing team will bo soon enough with a made up excuse.
Now we have the 10000 hrs supporters telling us that building up capital through SMiSA to invest in shares in St Mirren is a waste of time.
Regards TsuMirrens quality meltdown....I am leaving it to the 10000 hrs team members to 'fess up that they knew that the scheme was vastly underfunded, that there were cashflow issues when they were begging fans to invest £3,000.00 of their hard earned cash in a scheme that wasn't fit for purpose...as well as putting the club at risk. An apology would have been nice; however it looks like they will try and point the finger of blame at the club than face up to their responsibilities to the fellow fans they tried to dupe.

No sooner has 10000 hours bid failed due to doubts among their backers, numerous changes, confidence in the sustainability of their bid! than we have a series of peeps coming on here and having the cheek, temerity and complete sense of denial to blame 10000 hours failure on the fans!!! FFS
I would ask for a reality check, but in all honesty they've been raging against the realities of 10000 hours bid, business plan, vanishing acts and all round capability to deliver for more than a year. Why check on reality now?
i've never know a bid to takeover a majority shareholding have so many doors held open for it, only to see it walk into wall, after wall.

The fans were the only, yes the only group who pledged to finance this deal and stuck with it. all this crying and wailing reflects poorly on what must be some very bitter people.

poz why wasn't it revealed until this morning that REA and GLS would have to be guarantors for the lack of capital / cashflow? If we are going to demand an inquest then it has to work both ways. It was known that would be required prior to the last big push for direct debit mandates. Why weren't fans told this by 10000 hrs along with the very basic information about how badly underfunded the bid was?
They were very economical with the truth despite repeated challenges from supporters for detailed information. Thye withheld fairly critical information regarding the level of risk to the club as well as the level of control the 10000 hrs key players would have over the CIC and ultimately the club. The fans would have been underwriting disaster. This wasn't a revelation over the last couple of days. It was known for some time and not divulged.
Instead there were demands on the selling consortium to accept the deal just because a minority of fans signed up to the deal, under pressure caused by false scaremongering.
10000 hrs tried to mug supporters. The club was saved today and you know it.
