Wonder if the old training school come nightclub will be pulled down as part of the development. Has become a bit of an eyesore.

It's been up for sale for a while, unsure if it had been sold. My mates father in law is a property developer and I think he had a nibble at the site, but there is no real chance of saving the original/remaining front.

Make a nice car park for hotel, once demolished.
