whydowebother
A very big well done to St Mirren on this one!! I agree , but seriously , this should of been in place a long time ago & perhaps at time of building.Looks good though & pleased that fans now have an appropriate viewing area & just in time for a win

There's hardly a shortage of empty seats around the stadium (and the amount will be growing on a weekly basis) and it surely wouldn't have been too difficult to come to an arrangement with the fans who are being asked to make way. Sat in my new seat in the new row for the first time on Sunday... (was on holiday for the Dumbarton game)...padded seat, nearer the half way line and a 100% record so far

Looks like 132 seats lost to me, making the capacity 7,874 (excluding the disabled section)

santaponsasaint
Plus front row of the stands were 2 seats for a wheelchair 2and 1 for a carer so it frees up those seats. Great job done by all.

I got 8006 from the Football Ground Guide website. I now see that the St.Mirren website shows 8023 I didn`t know how many were in the new section.
