So two boys, aged 15 and 14, premeditated and raped two girls, filmed these rapes and posted them on social media. The judge decided he didn't want to "criminalise" them and handed them a youth rehabilitation order which allowed them to walk free. This wasn't stealing a bag of sweets, a planned attack, twice, and posting the attacks to make themselves look cool.
