I also think the tickets will only appear on the Hampden App. Unfortunately, the emailed confirmation of the final tickets from St. Mirren (which arrived in my friends inbox 10 minutes after having bought the tickets) suggested he download the St. Mirren App. Inviting him to place the attached tickets immediately in the app and then to his "wallet". He received QR codes for the tickets and I have been trying to persuade him that the Hampden turnstiles won't understand a QR code that doesn't have the moving cursor as part of its presentation.    See screenshot below. I think it's a case of the St. Mirren ticket office copying and pasting their normal ticketing acknowledgement in their confirmations for the cup final tickets. He's going to phone the ticket office today to ask questions.
