Seems to me like you’re just trying for an argument. The court ruled in favour of the Kibble directors. AW lost. He can just thank his lucky stars he isn’t (even more so) out of pocket.    I’m also not saying everyone with a concern needs to be anti Kibble. But AW is, some notable posters on here are. It’s disingenuous to claim otherwise.   The arguments this was a bad SMISA decision on bringing the Kibble in have evaporated. People are welcome to their concerns from the fallout of this but imo, it’s a massive stretch for anyone using it as an argument that we got the Kibble share vote wrong.   The club are hammering it right now & like it or not that’s down to a collective. Kibble can’t be excluded from that.
