  2. I've had a problem renewing my son's concession ticket (he's a student). Renewed mine no probs but with his it wanted me to upload his ID, which I did, and then it fails when you go to pay, saying "Cart Not Found". I've reported this to the ticket office, even taken screen recordings showing the problem, and I know it's affecting others who are trying to order season tickets where some sort of proof of concession is required, but the only advice I've been given is to go to the ticket office to do the renewal. It's not a problem for me as I only live 10 mins away and am around during the day but strikes me it's affecting many other people so no idea why they aren't getting it fixed.
  3. Maybe age related pricing on certain tickets is the cause Didn’t seem a thing last year at renewal time
  4. Scotland squad to be announced tomorrow, look at the choice that England have for forwards..........................
  5. Thanks pal. It's not an issue if do need provide ID but just wondered if things had changed 👍

  7. Getting confusing as it seems no ID is required online or at the ticket office?
  8. Maybe it's because I am an elderly gentleman (who is clearly not to be trusted) looking to renew a concession.
  9. If you renew at TO they do not ask for ID.
  10. Season Ticket renewed online just now, no issues and not asked for any ID. Confirmation email received, roll on next season.
  11. I tried this afternoon, but a photo of my driving licence was not accepted. I emailed the ticket office to clarify what it is looking for. When I get a reply I will put an update here.
  12. Same 3 best games I picked mate. My 3 worst/most disappointing were: Hibs 4-2 Saints, league cup quarter final. I thought we had a great chance to get to the final, at least. A sore one for me. Dundee 4-0 Saints. NEVER saw this coming, just a terrible day at the office. Livingstone 1-0 Saints, another result that wasn't on my radar.
  13. I've not renewed my ticket yet. I've seen a few posts on here and on p&b saying Identification (ie driving licence) is now required. Is this correct ?
  14. Aye, Independence, we'll all be better off......................., maybe if we turned Scotland into Disneyland. The vast majority of Scotland’s GDP is earned by non-Scottish domiciled companies, Many would never pay any or full corporate tax in an independent Scotland and certainly would continue to distribute post tax earnings to non-Scottish investors. There is very little retained prosperity or wealth here. That’s a huge problem. Many Scottish producers, such as oil and gas and distillers, are domiciled elsewhere and might have production or extraction in Scotland but earn huge ‘added-value’ in the supply chain outwith Scotland so we don’t see that benefit either as it’s accounted for in their home jurisdiction. All our major retailers, that are typically located ‘out of town’ and benefit from low rents, huge NDR subsidies and other benefits thereby creating ‘super-profits’, are ‘cross border’. The only benefit we see is subsistence employment, a major reason for our health, substance abuse, educational attainment and poverty issues, dependence on state support and a lack of ‘hope, aspiration and ambition’. That’s all because of the dramatic reduction in Scottish indigenous ‘business’ and retained wealth in the last 25 + years. Stripping out inward investment, Scotland is probably the poorest and the most dependent country in Europe and it’s time our government realised the consequences of a woeful lack of support for indigenous SME entrepreneurs and ventures. Just look at Norway’s commerce and industry. They had far more oil and gas than Scotland/UK per capita but also kept all their indigenous businesses with virtually no foreign ‘brands’ allowed in. Scandinavian, Baltic and smaller European countries, held up by SNP as ‘models’ for independence, do the opposite to ScotGov and benevolently protect indigenous business, vigorously excluding inward investment by ‘cross border’ businesses unless they don’t compete with local enterprises or they exports and earn foreign currency for the small country. We need to waken up to the reality that Scotland’s GDP is a grand illusion and our government have abjectly failed to support indigenous business.
  15. I just checked back and we actually ended up paying £10.00 less for all our STs due to the new 12 to 17 category.
  16. Renewed mine today at the ticket office.
  17. Not to mention the new structure, I think, gives youngsters an extra year as a junior and they now pay less than the concessions. (I'm sure my grandson's ticket cost the same as mine last season). If I've recalled this correctly, a shrewd bit of business to attract the youngsters.
  18. The increase seems entirely fair given last 12 month inflation & average increases to salaries/ pensions. It looks like they’re absorbing a lot of the hit on life generally being more expensive. Why would anytime think it’s reasonable for them to absorb all of it? 🤷‍♂️
