Anyone thinking we have a chance of getting a couple of free agents in over the next couple of weeks ?

I think it's very much a " try and buy" scenario , where we get a good look at the player and he see,s the club set up . It's hard to make a judgement on the arrangement without knowing the costs . You win some , you lose some .

I would be delighted if we signed Popescu and set ourselves up like that .

I was actually pleased we didn't go charging up the pitch looking for an equaliser , we had to keep it tight , with a view of going for it in the last ten minutes , when the winning team maybe get a wee bit nervous , a plan that almost payed off . We do probably miss a long throw expert , and whenever we have two players up front we should maybe take more of s risk and hit the odd long ball , but it n general I thought we played well .

Rangers playing their third match in a week , that's got to give us a wee edge . Think we might cause a wee upset . Coys.

I think with the smallish squad we might have to set up differently when injuries and suspensions kick in , and that should keep everyone happy . Now please get Popescu signed up .

Suppose that's the equivalent of having a third of Hibs %10 sell on clause ( if that's what they have ) if the stories of the %33 cut of any transfer fee are true , then we stand to gain as much as Hibs , which would be rather good .

I would be happy with him , think he was a better player for Alloa than Jake Hastie . Very skillful , who would be a great addition to the squad.

I don't know when his contract ends . But know Jack Ross tried to sign him two years ago and he chose Killie . If Killie offered him a three year contract , that would run out in June 2020.

Can see Calum Waters signing a pca with us in January . He does look good though , reminds me of Ian Munro .

If we were to be able to add a couple of players I would go for a striker and Popescu . Would set us up well for a top 6 challenge .

I liked Goodies comment , that some players who previously looked at our squad and maybe didn't fancy joining us , might having seen us start well , have a change of mind .

It's going to be hard for any player to break into this team . Stephen McGinn may have to wait for injuries or suspension before getting his place back , when he,s fully fit . He would though have a key role to play coming off the bench in the later stages of games , bringing fresh legs to the midfield . Good times ahead .

Think Durmus can , as can McLoughlan , as can Foley so if we can get Watters in , we will have a bit of cover . We are also better balanced as a team now , than we were the middle of last week.
