  1. Drury is tiny and should under no citmrcumstances be played at RB. I thought Osborne was to provide cover for DM and RB?
  2. Lol he never had a career in the first place! They gave him an under 21 cap because he was 6ft 5in and "just incase" he miraculously got some footballing ability from somewhere!
  3. Was this not also the Aberdeen one? I always thought he looked quite handy at right back for them.
  4. It actually looked like it was Sean Kelly's fantasy football, but he hardly had anyone in it and had to enroll vanzy as his PR man!
  5. Remember there was a different decision maker last season! Tbh I think Reilly has potential in midfield but he is still a bit lightweight - as is brown which is one of the reasons I feel we got beat the other night.
  6. ...yeah, I heard that rumour about Adam drury aswell! :/
  7. I remembered it as being more of a scholarship type programme.... Was this what you remembered ? http://www.blackandwhitearmy.com/forums/index.php/topic/31447-saints-scout-the-states/?hl=scholarship
  8. Just to let you know, wev never played in red and yellow stripes. He only got that big when he started training only two nights a week.
  9. Do we not also need to provide emergency access as one of the requirements of the Taylor report? If it was right in the middle of that space, no ambulances could get by it.
  10. You do realise its 10000hours, or am I being wooshed? I don't see much difference between crowd funding and the 10000hours attempts anyway. As has been said, the shares need to be sold as a lump 52%, and 10000hours provided the means to do that, whereas crowd funding can't. The problem I felt for 10000hours was that it wasn't publicised enough. Although I accept that it is difficult if the club can't get involved in publicising it too much due to conflicts of interest.
  11. ....whereas you don't need anyone to make yourself look stupid.
  12. Did he not sign for Kilmarnock after leaving us? Also had a bit of an attitude problem from what I remember, was there not an incident during the construction of the dome when the u20s were helping clear the area etc. - effectively being labourours for the day. Jack apparently said he was there to be a footballer and not a labourour and was the only one who refused to do it.
  13. Are we assuming plummers not going to get game time so doesn't even need a number then?
  14. I may have missed something but What exactly has jack Ross done that is so bad? I know he was involved in the bonus dispute, but as the players union rep, I would have more reason to disrespect him if he just didn't bother fighting for the other players. And I seem to recall him bringing the players off the park when they were celebrating after the hearts semi at fir park. I didnt see it myself but this could have been for any number of reasons. So why all the hate?
  15. A defender and a striker. One from hibs n one from livvy. According Douglas McNeil on Twitter. No names.
  16. I was sure it was billy king that was with hearts n who was Adam kings brother?
  17. A converted winger, so a pacy forward to play off the shoulder of the last defender. It's got a touch of the Lewis Guy about it but he's got a better scoring record than him. Guy wasn't the worst player to play for us recently so hopefully it's a decent signing.
  18. He had an interview in the PDE yesterday, specifically thanking the club for standing by him and acknowledging the cost of rehab. He also paid tribute to Gerry docherty and said he owed him everything. There was no mention of rangers in the interview at all. If I was blue vermin I would be fuming.
  19. Correct! Its all very well saying Patrick are beating us to players, but some people don't realize that it might just be a case of Alan Archibald thinking Stevenson is worth more than TC does. And to be fair, I think he would make a bigger difference to thistle than he would to us.
  20. I would be surprised if you weren't in the minority. Kelly is a no frills, nothing fancy left sided player with a good engine on him, which makes him ideal to be a full back and at a push a center half (I know he started off as a centre half but I think he has fully moulded into a left back). He isn't technically good enough to play left mid regularly. Tesselaar knocked us back before because his value of himself (or his agents value of him) was more than ours was. If he has left killie , I doubt its because they have offered him less then he is on now which means he is looking for more again on top of our offer two years ago. Apart from anything else, we are unusually sorted for left back already with Kelly and yaqub deputizing
  21. Thats a bit of a puzzling move? Yaqub didn't get a look in all season. In fact I don't even recall him being on the bench? Is the thinking behind this to have him as backup for Kelly?
  22. So what are these boys like, how likely would they be to get playing time next season?A few people have mentioned Hughes as a possible replacement for Goodwin but I don't know much about the other two? Did Williams come on for the last 15 mins against the amateur team the u20s beat about 15-0 last pre season, in the ren cup semi? I seem to remember a similar named player, left sided mid or full back and scored a hat trick the 10-15 min he was on the park?
  23. I reckon broadfoot would be an eggcellent signing.
