  1. Felt sorry for the singer - there is no doubt that the sound system should be looked at - could hardly hear a thing in the west stand ( midway between the half way line and the South stand if anyone at the club reads this - and cares )
  2. If we leave, it will be London Calling the shots
  3. I won't be going and won't pay it. If the price was reasonable, I'd have maybe persuaded 3 or 4 work colleagues along from work. Instead we'll probably stay in the pub and disobey the new government guidelines on alcohol consumption.
  4. Haven't they been through enough in recent weeks. Imagine having to share a stage with that insufferable c**t Bono...
  5. Corals have us at 28/1. Might just spend the £15 on that.
  6. I was shocked that despite being almost first in the queue at the pie stall that the beans had already run out. Must do better.
  7. Even if we held on to win that game, the second half performance was bad enough to justify sacking the manager. Times up.
  8. Suppose it's better than abusing him then throwing him off his yacht, like the 70s
  9. I'm sorry to be pedantic, but he's 6 foot 3. For starters
  10. Night anf day compared to any match ive seen this season. If webster and thommo stay fit we're in with a shout, althoughif i was a qos fan I'd be worried. Dumfries is a great day out by train.
  11. Their twitter account had a couple of tweets regarding the game so it must have some local input
  12. I've just tweeted Greenock police to say I'm going in the home end tonight. They told me to get in touch with St Mirren about getting a ticket
  13. They should definetly be looking at getting rid of any Celtic stickers in the stadium ( for example in the toilets at the home end ). Maybe they could even bill Celtic FC for the trouble.
  14. That's 1% less than your input, which has been 100% non football.....
  15. Retweet from the Sunday sport: @thesundaysport Dear @Telegraph. Please get out of the gutter. That's our patch
  16. Just gave it a listen there - it's a pretty good album and will get more listens from me. Good shout!thanks
  17. Bought this album when it first came out due to influence of girl friend at the time. All my Sonic Youth, pixies, Mary chain albums are worn out, scratched to f**k due to excessive playing / changing tracks while drunk, etc. This one is pristine ( well almost - it was in a damp attic for 5 years so the cover is aged ). Sorry, not selling, but cheers for the heads up!
  18. First St Mirren match attended St. Mirren F.C. vs. Tampa Bay Rowdies. October 8, 1980 ... First season ticket bought May 31, 2015. I now have the right to moan about any end of season price reductions to non season ticket holders, anybody who sits in my seat when I turn up 15 minutes late for a game, season tickets not being valid, etc, etc.
  19. Peter Weir was capped while with us? I seem to remember a home international team that had Billy Thomson, Iain Munro and Peter Weir all playing while at Saints
  20. I think I'd be a we bit peeved if my club had just got in to a cup final and sold two of their best players to the team that they play in that final. I'd be especially peeved if it had also sold two players in the last year for a couple of million each. Maybe that's why they could afford someone to make a longer statement. It's dissapointng that we've sold Kenny for such a low price, but if we'd refused to let him get his move, his form could've dropped with him being not happy. It'll be interesting to see how we play without Kenny. Both Mallan and McLear have impressed, and it's up to our two big strikers to score some goals now. Surviving the drop this year will now be a hell of an achievement if we can do it
  21. Michael Stewart, I reckon will say it's not a red.
