Listening to Eels (with strings) Live at Town Hall. Superb. Not just any old Ozric's CD - but a collection of Remixes. John Martyn & The Eeels also regularly on BtB's playlist. Howard Hughes in BlueSuedeShoes
I went to see Ozric at The Garage feckin' years back and it was mental. All this fruit salad lighting and everything. Not a bad gig but felt like I needed a right good scrub afterwards, what with all these Bearsden crusties all about me. Howard Hughes in BlueSuedeShoes
I’ve got Voyage of the Acolyte and Please Don’t Touch somewhere in the house. Never fully properly listened to them but whenever I have there’s bits I just couldn’t get into. Some of it is REALLY weird (and that’s saying something). Having said that, the man is a great guitarist and composer. Anything you could recommend? I’m told The Air-conditioned Nightmare is a good track as is Clocks and Steppes. Further listening?
