Gordon Urquhart
Can you ask Hillary if she does discounts for small groups of pensioners... say 9 people.. A few places in EK give us tea or coffee and a scone or traybake for £1.50 outwith peak lunch times. Is that a possibility? Had a quick word with Hilary and she said happy to do something to help your group Brian. She said that £1.50 is very cheap on the basis that's what they charge for tea alone but will work something out for you. I'm not getting involved in any scone deals so best idea would be to phone her direct and have a chat. Cafe number is 0141 887 0742. She was telling me her story is featured in the Sunday Mail this weekend so I will be looking out for that. Thanks to all for the positive messages of support on her venture. It is appreciated
