shull
Well, at their spoiled gloryhunting fans They have had it fantastic for decades, when most jumped on their successful bandwagon. Now, in their terms, they ain't doing good and their so called supporters are apoplectic. Shame Joining reality along with the rest of us. f**kEM

But lets challenge u just for the hell of it Under Fergie yes they had great success ( and gave him 4 years to start) They are 6 points off the top and last two games have been Pool and Chelsea away. They have also played City so they have some easier fixtures Being top 6 in Premiership , probably getting to latter stages of Europa is hardly joining us And they have always had a massive support that's why they built a 75000 stadium and to be fair win loss or draw they fill it But like us they miss Fergie

They were still the biggest supported club in the country before Fergie Glory hunting fans i would attach to Man City and Chelsea who didn't have great numbers before the money men

The post was referring to city not having that many fans. The fact that you acknowledge their relative lack of glory goes some way to backing up my point. Thanks

Guest TPAFKATS
Their numbers have greatly improved recently though Not a dig at their loyal fans beforehand but plenty have jumped on the bandwagon Always will be some who jump on the bandwagon, as with any club. City were averaging 28,000 down in the 3rd tier though and I recall them selling out the old Wembley for a play off final against, I think, Gillingham. Always been well supported and most large EPL clubs getting better numbers due to tourism and global branding.

When i was growing up the early 70s City had a far better team than Utd Bell,Lee and Summerbee i don't think they lost many derby games They had some success a lot more than Chelsea who were more famous off the pitch than on it
