Many of the existing statues represent men lauded as heroes of war, conquest and capitalism. In that sense Mrs T would fit right in don't you think! We could have one at Ravenscraig, for all the hard work she did, helping to get a Retail Park and lovely private housing in place of that nasty steelworks that employed half of Lanarkshire............
