Flynn, Popescu, Hladky, Hammil, and at least 4 others plus McAllister and Dreyer all played big parts in keeping us up. It was a very decent team and a great team effort post January window.

Don't know any of this stuff but I detect that a number of people closer to the halls of power than me know more about Gordon Scott and Mr Wardrobe and Mr Gilmour than the rest of us plebs.

Firstly, I said that exactly that. Stewart Gilmour is right to ask where has the money gone. I would like Gordon Scott to clear this up before fans become discouraged about fan ownership. Dont get your bile around something as daft as a number plate but la de da. I will not be selling F4 NNY

Surprising twitter spat. Bit off for Stewart Gilmour to slag a guy off for simply showing off a picture of his cars with Saints related cherished number plates. So what? None of Stewart Gilmour's business. Comes across as petty and quite nasty. However, Stewart Gilmour is quite right to question where the approximately £2 million in transfer fees and other income has gone. This Club should be flush and able to offer competitive wages for good players. Gordon Scott should be clearing this up. It is rumoured, on the same twitter exchange, that some fans who backed fan ownership have cancelled their monthly payments. That's a disaster for the Club and our fan ownership aspirations if true. Come on Gordon. Communicate and end this nonsense about the Club being skint.

Rutger Hauer dies at 75. Smashing actor. Sad news.

Guinness drinking should be banned in Glasgow City Centre pubs as soon as the outside temperature hits 70 degrees. It completely buggers up the service to us lager drinkers. I'm fed up standing there like a fud watching the barman watch the guinness dribble out the tap. Unacceptable.

Maybe this is standard practice and the Sports Management Company introduced a list of players with Gus making some great choices?

There has been some doubt expressed about who brought those excellent players in. Who ever it was did a great job. I hope it was Gus because he is still with us and can hopefully do it again.

Thought Dreyer was improving every game. Talented young man who will be a top player. Would take him back in a New York minute........and McAllister!

Pavel Safranko, Anders Dreyer and Mihai Popescu thanks Gus n Tony job done - love this new Director of Football set up. Stadium will be packed, at least 1.2 m in prize money to come in and everybody following the drum........... Sorry must have dropped off for a minute there.

I don't doubt that Gus and Tony are working extremely hard to bring in new players. However, I find it hard to understand why the Club is always shocked at the going rate for players wages and seem to expect successful signings by making unacceptably low wage offers. This is why we have 15 signed players with days to go before the new season starts.

Looks like Jim might have thrown a spanner in the works by having his own list of players - rightly so. An early test to the theory that a Director of football brings consistency when managers change. I feel the Clubs biggest failing so far is losing Popescu, Hodson and Muzek. All 3 wanted to stay and all 3 are the right quality. Poor imo.
