  1. Ayunga looking like a decent striker too. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. Really liking the look of Baccus. O’Hara too, but I already thought that from his time at Well. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. So I’ve decided to fork out on ppv and watch the game tomorrow. By all accounts we were absolutely honking against Airdrie but I’m hoping the players will give a positive reaction to the rightful criticism that was levelled at them from supporters, manager and media. Surely we can’t be as bad again. Surely …. COYS !! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. I’m pleased you’ve got a ST, along with more than 3k others. I live in north Aberdeenshire - ST was going to be a wee treat for myself and a way of putting some more money into the club - I only manage 2-3 home matches a season plus away trips to County, Dons, Dundee and Perth. Unfortunately , I don’t feel like giving the club the extra funds right now. That may change. Yes, I’ll be buying dinner ! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. Was going to buy a season ticket for the first time this season - dodged a bullet there. i will be at Pittodrie form our second league match - it’s a family gathering and they’re all Dons supporter. The deal is loser pays for dinner… Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. Defeat sealed by a 16yr old - and our 17yr old star was not even on the pitch. Perhaps the OF should be looking to steal Airdrie and not our players. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. When doors his contract end ? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  8. Brophy and Main not in the starting line up or on the bench - are they injured ? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. Welcome to Paisley ! Really please with this signing. Looking forward to seeing you perform as our new number one.
  10. Mike’s Johnson would be an interesting prospect as it seems unlikely he’ll be getting much game time at Parkhead next season. I was keen on us signing him on loan a couple of years ago but really don’t think he’s looked the part when given an opportunity at Celtic. I’m sure he would benefit from a move, needs a move if he wants to progress his career. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  11. Good first signing by Robinson. Welcome to the Buddies Mark. Looking forward to seeing the other new players we’ll bring in this summer. Exciting times for the club. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. I’d always thought New Love St , or Love St #2 would be good. Just a sentimental grumpy old man….. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. Unfortunately I can’t see anything other than a meaningless end of season match today with neither set of players being that interested in the outcome. The score could be anything so I’m not going to make any prediction of the score. Looking forward to an afternoon in the Aberdeen sunshine with hopefully sporadic outbreaks of enjoyable football to keep me awake before enjoying a few post match pints with Dons workmates - likely discussing the managerial merits, or otherwise, of Goodwin. COYS !! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  14. I can confirm Peroni does work, but for me, nothing can match the healing powers of McEwans Export think it’s just an old man thing …. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  15. Nightmare - I have just emailed Pittodrie ticket office asking about this. Looks like I’ll be spending my lunch hour down there today and probably tomorrow. It is frankly ridiculous how difficult clubs are making it for fans to attend matches. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  16. Is Gogic a Goodwin clone that can run and pass ? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  17. Family commitment so no ppv or go to the game but just watched the end on Alba. Inexplicable mistake from Adam but Greive was in the right place and took it well. Main’s finish was fantastic. Where has this player been all season ? I trust Robinson to get the best out of the current players we keep and those we bring in. Looking forward to next season. Before then, I’m looking forward to attending the match at Pittodrie knowing there’s absolutely no pressure. (Post match beers with Dons supporting work colleagues will be all the more enjoyable since the result will be pretty much irrelevant). COYS !! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  18. Excellent news. Will definitely be going as it’s like a home game for me and a great opportunity to meet up with some Don supporting friends and colleagues for a post match pint or two. Anyone know if tickets will be available at the gate on the day ? COYS !! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  19. I thought Main was excellent today, definitely his best game for us. May not be a popular viewpoint, but I believe SR will prove to be a good appointment. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  20. Seriously ?? I thought we were bad enough increasing the price from £12.99 (or so) up to £15 - without any expla as to why, but £17.50 is daylight robbery. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  21. So, another Saturday morning. Another game day. Another day when my heart takes over from my head. Since the fixtures were announced I viewed this as a game I would attend. And one we would lose. Handsomely. However, come match day and things change. I am not able to attend. (But I will buy ppv). I now don’t think we’ll get humped. I don’t think we’ll win, but I don’t think we’ll lose. It’s a must win for the Fakes and I think that pressure will be too much. We will need the rub of the green, but we’re due that aren’t we ? 1:1 (Greive) COYS !! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  22. Two poor sides. We were exceptionally poor. Certainly didn’t deserve to win but I’m not sure we deserved to lose either. A really tough watch and, at £15, hugely overpriced. Regardless it looks like it’s all about our next two games - away in Perth followed by Dundee at home. While I don’t expect victories, as long as we don’t lose both we should be safe. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  23. I may be being greedy but I’d love to see us start these post split matches with a win. No reason we can’t either, regardless of how many player Hibs may or may not be without. 2-0 home win (Brophy, Ronan) Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  24. Would love him to stay but as he’s already said he wants to return home for personal reasons I don’t see us being able to change his mind. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  25. Could be the other way round with us consigning Jim’s Dons to the play offs. Not likely but it is possible. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
