Obviously need new players in for this game, I wouldn't have Webster or Clarkson anywhere near the starting 11 or the bench. I would go for a 4-2-3-1 with the midfield 3 supporting Sutton better than they have been.

Games like today when we need the three points we have to go 2 up front, Sutton looked too exposed at times as the midfield were too far back, in truth we never really looked like scoring as their keeper never had a save to make.

In an attempt to make it more difficult for away teams at SMP I don't think a plastic pitch is a bad idea, we've not had a good home record since we moved and I think it's possibly too comfortable for away teams. By putting in a plastic pitch it might actually give us a slight advantage next season if our player can train on it and get used to it...just a thought, every little helps I guess.

Not to mention the fact we sold our best player and top scorer for peanuts!

Just because what TC left us with is utter dross doesn't mean we should compare prospective strikers to them, I would rather compare them to fact Thommo has scored 48 goals in 112 appearances for us. We need to try and get someone who will give us a return more like that. Problem is the best thing Nigel does is run at defences and cause them problems, only to square it in the middle for Marwood/Ball/Reilly (delete as appropriate) to make an arse of it. We need someone who will put the ball in the net..

I wouldn't touch him, I don't think he would be willing to get stuck in and fight for the win, he seems to me like the kind of player who is ok when things are going well, but will disappear when the chips are down, that's the last thing we need just now...we need fighters in the team and that's just not Nigel

One thing that really pissed me off with Tommy's interview on Radio Scotland before the game yesterday was when the reporter asked TC if he thought we had a chance of winning today, TC instantly started talking about the Ross County game on the Friday night, I don't know about anyone else but I personally don't give a toss about Ross County. When our manager is asked if we can win our first home game of the season when we're in December I expect him to answer with a bit of passion, something along the lines of 'we've not been good enough but I've got the players all fired up for this one and they are raring to go, get our first home win and give the long suffering fans something to cheer, by Christ they deserve it....' But no, let's just babble on for 5 minutes about Ross County...complete joke!

This is a topic that is close to my heart and personally I think it's a great idea, I would like the same thing to happen in Scotland! The waiting lists for organs just now are huge and sadly getting bigger so every little helps :-)
