We'll see about that As for the League Cup - I'm sure most Morton fans were pleased to see the Midden winning that one. (I certainly was) I was particularly pleased at a fan like Thomson scoring. Brought a wee lump to the throat (almost) As I've probably mentioned , I was at Hampden in 1987 to see your other triumph - which was a day to remember for ever.
It's hardly a rivalry now, but there's a kind of historic relationship between our clubs due to geography etc
Maybe in years to come there can be a true derby atmosphere again - which would be good for us both. In the meantime we maintain our links with this fixture.

I hope we parade the League Cup at some point tomorrow.Its been a while since we seen it plus it would be nice to let our less fortunate neighbours get a glimpse of the trophy.

And they should hing on after the final whistle and we'll let them have a keek at our 2 trophies.

it was a bad season. The Celtic semi final cost me a fortune in both pre and after match celebrations. This euphoria then turn led a group of us to booking a corporate hospitality day at St.Mirren Park. Pre match final buys( hats, scares, car flags etc) cost another fortune. The final itself was another fortune( took the family) not counting celebrations. Then buying glasses, dvds, fridge magnets, mugs and other items made this season worse. That's not including the sky high leccy bill associated with watching this DVD for the umpteenth time. Yes this season was a nightmare:-P:-DSame again boys

Billy has signed for Demco in Goa.Oz,Thailand and now Goa.Lucky man and his burd is a stoater.

I think it's quite a good one.

We are all different Oaksoft and fully understand and respect what your writing. My daughter has a part time job in a Edinburgh hotel for her own pocket. She shops on a budget for cloths and food and manages to save a wee bit for things like her T In The Park ticket. Her and her friend take time out to do old floks shopping for free. The most pleasing thing for me is she keeps well away from student loans , have had long talks on debt and she understands how important it is to be debt free after Uni. Of course we pay my daughter rent. As a father I’m happy she is standing on her own two feet away from home, however we will always help out when needed to keep off these student loans so far everything is going smoothly. There unforsseen payments to help, go to London and work with a magazine for work experience but I don’t see that as spoiling your child that is setting foundations for the future.

Maybe we could do a wee cross bar challenge or beat the keeper in 10 seconds one week to keep the far flung buddies amused. Select half a dozen players then take the first 5 mins or so to get some footage. Obviously once downloaded it will be on a pay per view basis to cover the new 4 week charge. ;-)

So this bright new dawn for Scottish football is now crystal clear. More of the same that has been driving fans away from the game headed (on paper at least) by a nobody who has zero credibility with the majority of fans, has at best misled the customers numerous times (Armageddon, the only thing that will work is a 10 team league, it has to be 8-8-8 or football will die) has been condescending towards the customers (we have to educate the fans) and totally failed to listen to their point of view. And what changes have actually been made to the setup ? We have one league structure and a play off position for the top flight, and well, err that's about it really.
