I'm not happy about it either saint in exile; however it is a complete total and utter f'k'n shambles. The plug should have been pulled after the first attempt. The idea was good initially, but there has been an abject failure to deliver it - other than the fans backing it.
Rather than abusing fellow fans why not take a wee bit of time to consider the brutally obvious - they have failed to raise enough money, they have failed to get social funding backing, what little social involvement is now left - the £500K loan is dependent on scumgers staying in the SPL. Its a half arsed scheme and should be consigned to nice try but time to gies aw peace.

I will be a creditor of the the CIC but will have no recourse to get any of my money back until the CIC has cleared all its other debts and is cash positive to the tune of £100k. After the consortium have received all their money I will become the main creditor of the CIC meaning that if it defaults on paying back the loan then I will be the biggest creditor and in a very strong position along with the members to ensure the assets of the CIC are not at risk. One of the big concerns was what would happen if the CIC fails. With this as the worse case scenario hopefully it gives people even more comfort to support our cause.
