LPM is getting shot down like Dickson. Can I just ask instead of titbits and clues that LPM just give us the full and frank version of what he's hinting at. If it's as he's saying then there a issues. Nobody can deny that. Tell us the full version of your side LPM and hopefully a decent discussion can take place. I'm pretty sure if anyone could be bothered to dig back to the time of the disabled area vote it was mentioned that a rainy day fund would be a good idea as there couldn't be many things as important as that. Saving the money is not a new idea.

Your not misunderstood, your wrong. There are 3 tiers of minimum wage depending on age. It is also law and not a so called rule. What's one way about it? By law there is a minimum per hour to be paid for an employees services. Doesnt matter wether people work for a small company or a big company they should be paid minimum wage at least. The original point I made was that there are hospitality companies paying less than minimum wage all over the place.

Is that not a contradiction to your earlier post?

Most contracts that aren't zero hour have a caveat that the working hours can be changed as per the needs of the business anyway.

What's crap? There are different levels of minimum wage as well depending on age. Not only for those over 25!
