The business seemed to rely very heavily on Michelle Mone being able to court publicity while her husband ran the business element. These days Michelle Mone seems to see herself as a TV celebrity and of course her husband is now divorcing her. Mone is also widely regarded as a control freak and as such it's unlikely that she would tolerate anyone in the business who would be able to get her business back on track.
