The majority shareholding in the club was up for sale for 7 years! Eventually the shareholding was purchased by Gordon Scott and SMiSA in July 2016 with almost 1300 supporters contributing to the successful bid.
This forum is now really just an archive of some of the threads that took place in that 7 year period. ps; Anyone mentions the Argies they get banned.
I've thought for a long while that the club should adopt a more competitive pricing policy for games like this for a while to see if it develops a habit for some extra fans
Other season ticket holders might moan as they pay up-front for a reasonable saving on an up-front price based on the standard ticket price, I'm not bothered by that. If you buy a ST then you get the certainty of your seat at a price you are happy to pay. Tickets that are hard to sell should be cheaper close to the day of the game and I don't think there will be that many people who would hold-off on buying in the hope of getting one of a few hundred cut-price deals
