We were honoured to receive this parting letter from Boston Red Sox President, Sam Kennedy, following our stay in Boston.

Where did it all go wrong Keir?
It started on Day 1 when after promising to be sleaze free the Cabinet's No. 1 priority seemed to be how many freebies they could grab. Next a reluctance to look past Focus Groups and stick by any policies that provoked pushback e.g. Winter Fuel Allowance and Farm Inheritance tax (why - it's not like many of the f'ckers vote Labour). Then there was the Mandelson fiasco, a cynical appointment, but generally considered practical at the time,. when it fell apart after last year's Epstein Files were released all traces of a sleaze-free administration were gone.
Then he misjudged the Burnham situation, I said at the time he should've let Burnham run in May as long as he was prepared to resign as Mayor of Manchester - I reckon he would've been swamped by the Local Election results whereas he just ended up looking stronger.
Well now Burnham Wood is coming to Downing Street!
