We are not signing 6th tier English pish we are signing players from lower League One and League Two. That is why we have been top 6 for 3 seasons before this. We do need to find a better pathway for the youngsters to get to the first team but over the piece the vast majority have not been good enough and have done nothing since leaving St Mirren. We lose 5 or 6 solid pros every season and replacing them is not easy. Every now and again the recruitment is not up to scratch and when you get injuries like we have had this year to the spine of the team then the depth isn't in the squad so we struggle. Its what Robbo mentioned continually.

My mate has said the same for ages, Tod at Dunfermline for instance although he’ll have plenty of suitors.

I hope if he goe's we get more than that.
