    • Oh dear, I see trouble ahead......................   Police Scotland have passed a report into allegations of corporate homicide by the Scottish Government during the Covid pandemic to prosecutors, the Express can reveal. Detectives have been investigating the claims for more than two and a half years as part of Operation Koper, the sprawling probe into potentially avoidable deaths in care homes and other public settings. They have now asked the Crown Office and Procurator Fiscal Service (COPFS) for "advice and guidance" on the next steps to take in the inquiry. A complaint was submitted to police in March 2023 by healthcare campaigners Lesley Roberts, Roger Livermore and Rab Wilson. They alleged that decisions taken by senior ministers including Nicola Sturgeon and Jeane Freeman – notably the infamous policy of moving untested and Covid-positive patients into care homes to free up hospital beds – amounted to corporate homicide under health and safety law.
    • I do not normally watch darts but I was in a pub in Glasgow today and darts was o n The TV.  A Scottish chap Soutter was on. He was two sets to zero ahead of a Finnish player. I watched  from there and it was the worst game of darts I have ever seern. I honestly believe there are better players than these two in the pubs about Paisley. I think the Scottish player finally managed to win with his fifteenth match dart. I have never thought of darts as a sport rather than a game but this was truly awful.
