  1. The man who got attacked in Belfast — a vulnerable adult who never saw it coming. VULNERABLE ADULT ATTACKED ON HIS OWN DOORSTEP This is Stephen Ogilvie, 44, originally from Scotland. He remains in hospital in a serious but stable condition today, Wednesday 10 June, after being attacked outside his home on Kinnaird Avenue, North Belfast, shortly after 10:30pm on Monday 8 June. Neighbours describe him: ✅ He is hard of hearing / deaf in one ear — could not hear anyone approaching from behind ✅ Lives alone, keeps to himself, and never causes trouble ✅ Gentle by nature — would never fight back or confront anyone ✅ Attacked in the one place he should feel safe — his own front door This was sudden and completely unprovoked. There is no information to suggest the attacker knew anything about him or his situation beforehand. Confirmed official facts: 📍 Location: Kinnaird Avenue, North Belfast 🩹 Injuries: Severe wounds to his eye, face, neck and back 🔪 Weapon: A kitchen knife was recovered from the scene 👮 Police update: A 30-year-old man has been charged with attempted murder, possession of a bladed article, and threats to kill. He appears in court today, Wednesday 💪 Bystanders: Members of the public stepped in quickly to stop the attack and help until emergency services arrived The community is rallying to support Stephen as he fights to recover. #StephenOgilvie #JusticeForStephen #VulnerableAdult #SafeStreetsBelfast #ProtectTheVulnerable #NorthBelfast #CommunitySupport #StandWithStephen
  2. https://www.facebook.com/share/r/1P6Lm9tn64/ This is the reaction to the horrific attempted murder in Belfast. I had suspicions that when the "troubles" were on the go in Nireland the political angle was just an excuse for thugs and would be gangsters.. Now they've another excuse.
  3. There's a bit of a commotion about Swinney attending the world cup. His position is such that I think it's a reasonable decision for him to be there.
  4. I shouldn't laugh at someone having a breakdown but..... 🤣🤣🤣
  5. The Mother of All Cons, a three part based on a true story. Interesting.
  6. ^^^^^^^^^^ Brilliant, my pool team day out. 🙄
  7. 😂😂😂 Nurse. 😛
  8. Morocco 1-1 Norway, 75 mins. ITV4, after 75 mins STILL haven't managed to get any commentary. Tragic.
  9. Morocco 1-0 Norway, 8 mins.
  10. Morocco v Norway tonight, ko 8:00pm, think I'll tune in as I think Morocco are possibly going to win our group. 🙄
  11. And it seems no injuries so a perfect game before going into next week. Big decision could be McGinn, does he bring him in from the start?
  12. Second half, as expected, didn't quite reach the level of the first half with a steady flow of substitutions. Plenty of positives and a few decisions for Clarke to make before the unearthly kick off time next Sunday morning. My plan is to get to bed between 8-9 and set the alarm for 1am. Afyer the game, depending on the result, to be decided. 😉
  13. Before the game Clarke said he was looking for, in order, no injuries, a good performance and a win. Second and third already in the bag.
  14. Adams again. 4-0 That's 8 goals in a game and a half. Pleasing.
