FTOF Posted May 13, 2017 Report Share Posted May 13, 2017 Think the first post might be to do with the new requirements for elite status in youth academies. Apparently many of the clubs are in revolt against Malky's "Project Brave", which require six full time staff monitoring youth development. Seems to me that this aspect of "Project Brave" is proving fairly divisive. Skews the youth system even more in the big club's favour IMO.
