Still done twice the work and at a faster pace than Gow today.

What we still hugely lack and have done for several seasons now is a proper leader on the park who barks out orders and organises at set plays and such, cant remember the last time we had a proper on field leader.

What is the point of Gow ? Same as last season a mixture of being injured or playing and looking totally disinterested.

Having been to many U20 games i am actually quite hopeful that a good 5 or 6 of the current boys (Baird,Mclear, Morgan included) will make a good impression in the championship.

Teams of our size/budget should start from making sure we get the basics right i.e marking/tackling/bsaic shape, and players knowing their role inside out.Any smaller club up her like Inverness start from the back,make themselves hard to beat and go from there.Sadly over the past few years we never seem to have managed that.

It is not just about violence with the drink. Last season and this stewards have had to have words with pished people effing and blinding in amongst kids in the family stand.

Watched him in the U 20's a few years back at CH and said to my son he was going to be a star. Baffles me why they use him at RB as you can see his natural instinct is to go in towards his natural place.

I know he is young but Baird would be better with Cheesy.Need a mobile CH as cheesy/Goody while fine do both lack mobility.

Would take old Mcdonald just now with the lack of squad depth we have.

I would like to see Baird given a run alongside Cheesy.Seen a lot of him in U20's and he is a much more mobile player which IMHO would be a better balance,and let Goody go back to midfield.

Think tiredness was a factor.Really need a few recruits before the end of the window.Big nasty centre half first please.

Fantastic effort from all the boys against a good utd side.Still think we could use a big hairy, kill his granny for the ball type centre half.Would also agree it is time GT and DL got the job permanently.

Surely if there is no truth in this the BOD should be telling us ?

Got to say Kenny Shiels would be my choice.Might be a bit mmad but bloods youngsters and knows how to get a team playing .

Mcginn will only continue to progress with game time and needs regular games now or they risk stunting his progress.While talking of youngsters I would also like to see the two young full bcks being given a chance to show what they can do .

Goodwin and Cheesy will be the death of me.My son says I go all tense every time either of them has the ball .

Think as other posters are mentioning he freezes players out.Was meaning more at half/full time in a game
