Benfica played a Champions League game 2 weeks ago in conditions 10 x worse. When he called it off it then didn't rain for 20 mins but....................then it pished down. we would have struggled to finish game. Hearing Collum left from the Family stand as there was an angry element at front door! On a brighter note, Jason Naismith was outstanding today, defending and attacking!

The fact that our midfield could not cope with Dundee Utds movement was obvious throughout the match. Our quickest and best midfield players (McGinn & Newton) were both deployed wide left and right! This obviously to help our 2 full backs who are not the quickest. They both should be playing in the centre where they are most effective. We havnt got a great squad to choose from due to the Managers inept signing policy. Bahoken, Grainger, Harkins, Caprice, Cornell all not selected and with the 11 players he shipped out we look a little threadbare. We finished game on Saturday with 4 centre halves as a back four. I say again the non signings are going to put us in trouble this year and its down to Lennon. Time to go Danny

Danny Shankly had 2 weeks to come up with a 3-5-2 formation and he cant even get the personnel right for that! This formation SHOULD allow midfield domination yet.........Keith Lasley ran the show and not one Saints player got near him. McGinn should have started as he would got onto Lasley and not allow him to dictate! Harkins playing means Gowser is too deep, and having Gowser as a holding midfielder is downright stupid. This formation also means our 2 wide players start far too deep and Teale was picking the ball up time and time again in our half. This gave him next to no chance of getting to byline. This was not a good Motherwell side but they had chances to bury us. His substitutions were stupid AGAIN, McGinn had to come on as we were not winning ball in midfield. We ended up lumping it "AGAIN" to Thommo and Reilly is far too slow to pick up 2nd ball. Manager is clueless and desperate and the Board should do the decent thing and put the feckin fans out of our misery. Get rid of him pronto

Was at Dingwall yesterday and its clearly obvious that Danny Shankly has lost the trust of some of his players! His team selection and playing players out of position is causing us major problems. His passing philosophy has long gone and there is no shape whatsoever in the team. His after match interview on radio which we all listened to on the journey home was patronising and "WONDERFULLY" embarrassing! Where do you start? Goalie: Unconvincing Defence: McGregor isn't and never will be a full back and was shocking yesterday! Look at the goals weve shipped in this season and yet Danny Shankly still thinks Goodwin and Cheesy are a good pairing!!!!!!!!! Midfield: To accommodate Harkins, Gowser is now a holding midfielder??????? and has cost us goals in consecutive games. McLean should not be in the team before McGinn! Everyone can see that bar Lennon! Harkins? Cost the 3rd goal yesterday...LAZY! Thommo; Looks totally frustrated and cheesed off and rightly so.
